I interviewed a yelp software engineer who is a few years into his career and is now doing a startup. I was also asked to speak to the YC panel about why we need more female software engineers and if there is a role for a woman in the tech industry. I was asked to talk about how I became an entrepreneur and how I use the words and experiences I have to help me understand what it means to be a woman in the tech industry.

A few years ago we started a startup called Z-Empower, which is the name of our company. Z-Empower is a platform that lets you create a user experience for your e-commerce site, and I believe that’s what we’re doing. When we started our company, we thought we could create a way to help our users improve their websites.

What was happening? We created a product so we could help our users improve their websites. I remember saying to my boss, “that sounds great. I bet I could make a lot of money selling our product to your customers.

The development team is one of those companies I think are the most popular. They work hard, but they are there to get the best possible design for their site. The company is also the same as my company, so I’m sure they wouldn’t be as effective as I thought.

When I worked in engineering, I thought that the engineers were the best. The best in my opinion were the people who made the websites that the customers used. Now I know that the only people who have a real claim to being the best are the customers. The engineers I knew were pretty good at their jobs, and worked hard to make the user interfaces as good as they could be. The customers I knew weren’t anywhere close.

And the reason that these people could do it so well, the reasons that I knew they could, was because they were the ones who knew the users. They were the ones who were familiar with the sites they worked on. They were the ones who knew what made the site different from others, and were the ones who made it fun. They were the ones who made the customer happy.

The problem, of course, is that the majority of us dont know the users that we work on, and so we dont know how to make the interfaces good enough. I know that some of my colleagues at yelp have made some really nice websites, but they werent designed with the users in mind. And now we are in a position where we have to make nice interfaces for the users, but the users arent going to like them.

The good news is that the team at yelp is quite good at making great interfaces. The users have always been able to use yelp and it has always, always been easy to use. But how can you make good interfaces for users who dont know how they work? Well, the people who are making the interfaces for yelp are the ones working on the software. So they arent getting the chance to make the interfaces as good as they could.

I think the solution is to have a little more power over the interface. The people who are designing, making, and supporting interfaces should have the power over them.
