I think it is important for the interviewer to understand the problems that are faced by those who use the product. If the interviewer asks a question about the problems that are faced by those who use the product, then the interviewer would know that the product is not made for the average Joe.
I think it’s important to get the interviewee to understand the problems people face when using your product. It’s not just a product problem. There are a lot of users out there who need help, and the best way to help them is by talking to them (and helping them to understand your product).
The most important thing is to get them to understand the product, not just the problem. If they understand the problem, they can help the user by being able to articulate it. For example, a lot of times, I see users complaining about problems when they are just trying to use the product.
This is important not just with your product, but with every product out there. There are a lot of people who don’t know how to use a product and don’t want to take the time to understand how it works. If you can show them how the product works, they will be less likely to ask for help or to feel frustrated. If you can show them what the problem is, they will be able to help you and will understand why you have to work extra hard.
I get asked this question a lot so I thought I would do a quick and dirty answer to it, focusing on the types of problems that I see when we try to explain things to people who don’t quite get it.
When you tell people how something works, it should be clear to them what the problem is. People who are new to computers and software don’t always understand that it takes a lot of work to write code that works. Once they do, they start to see how easy it is to write code that doesn’t work. So the question is not to show them how to do it, but to help them understand why it is important to write code that works.
For these reasons, I would like to suggest a video interview question that should help us explain some of these problems. It could be something as simple as, “Tell me about the first time you ever used a keyboard.” It’s okay to show people how it is done, but it should make it clear to them what the problem is.
In the past we have done a lot of video interviews, but this one really does have its roots in the old days of the late 90s. The key here is that the interview question has to be as simple as possible, and it should be as self-explanatory as possible. The question should be, Tell me about the first time you ever used a keyboard. The problem with keyboard questions is that they arent really about keyboards.
