When we first meet with a therapist, we are asked, “What do you want to do with your life?” This question is generally followed by a series of questions that ask about the type of work we do, the type of work we would like to do, and what our goals are. The questions you are likely to receive from people with mental health issues are similar to those asked in an interview.
Most people with mental health issues seem to be asked about the same things that interviewers ask about people who have no mental health issues. They are asked about hobbies, careers, and how they would like their lives to be. That said, there are a few things that can be different, and these are what we do at the Unity office. For example, we are interested in talking about our own mental health issues.
If you are not already aware, mental health concerns can be difficult to talk about in the workplace. I’ve seen it a lot in recent years, and it’s not uncommon for folks with mental health issues to be uncomfortable talking to others. I know because I’ve had that happen a few times myself. And as a result I’ve learned to ask a lot of questions about what I feel I can’t talk about.
The reason I bring this up is because it might help you understand how you feel if you’ve ever asked some of the questions we ask during a Unity interview. This is because these questions are the basis of how we assess the mental health of all of our employees.
I personally can’t think of a better place to ask that question.
Unity’s interview questions are designed to help you understand your team and how to best evaluate their performance. They’re also the basis of everything we do, so if you feel like a question you dont want to ask is the most important one, write it down. But if you feel like you need to ask a question, ask it. Then we’ll ask you to explain it.
A lot of the questions are about the company culture. And just like in any job, a company culture can be very hard to evaluate. The job of the executive is to get the company to where it is today because the company is an important part of our lives. By asking for feedback, we can find out what our company values are and how they’re being practiced.
In addition to the questions above, if you want to learn more about our company culture, you can ask a person at the company. We are a small company (about 100 employees) and we are not a large company. Most of our employees do not work for the company, but we ask for their feedback and provide it to other departments. We are a small company and are still growing.
