It’s difficult to find a good temp agency interview question that will reveal the full scope of your personality. I’ve been interviewing a lot of temp agencies and have found that all of the questions tend to come down to one or two major areas, such as your personality, your personality strengths, and your personality weaknesses.
The trick is to ask the right questions to get the full picture. I have found that if you ask the questions in a way that your interviewer is able to summarize them for you (e.g. “Are you happy with how your current job is working out, and if you’re looking for a change, what do you think would be a good next step?”) then you will get a much more accurate picture of your personality.

The good news is, there are a lot of these types of questions you can ask without being judged. If you’re able to get through to people with your questions, you’re probably going to get into a good relationship with them.
