Interview with the great John D’Andrea Tyson, who wrote the book The Three Levels of Self-Awareness.

John DAndrea Tyson is a professor of psychology at Boston University and author of the book The Three Levels of Self-Awareness. He’s also one of the world’s most popular psychologists and has written for the New York Times, New York Magazine, Scientific American, and other publications.

Tyson, who was on the show last night, explains that we are not only aware of our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, but we’re also aware of our thoughts, feelings, and intentions. This is the part of the self we are most aware of. If you want to learn how to be aware of yourself, then you need to learn how to become aware of your thoughts, feelings, and intentions.

Thinking the Negative is the key to success. For most people, the practice of thinking the negative is the only way they can achieve success. But it’s not. In fact, it’s the opposite of success, it’s an excuse for failure. To be successful, you have to learn how to think positively. Successful people do not allow negative thinking to keep them down.
