That is a good turn, and it is a bit odd that the wife of the current Secretary of State would be saying something so out of character.
Hillary Clinton has been the target of a lot of jokes over the years. In fact, she has been the subject of so many jokes that when she actually makes a statement, she is usually taken out of context.
