If you were a member of your current company, you would have to talk about your past activities, but if you were a member of a company long before yours, you can talk about your activities in the past. But if you were a member of a company that you left before yours, you are going to get a very broad response.

As you can see, it can be very difficult to determine what you’re going to get in response to your interview. The fact that you left your company before your current one is a big red flag, as it means you haven’t been on LinkedIn for some time, and you probably haven’t been doing a lot of posting lately.
