It’s time for the next Hungry Humble Smart interview and I have three questions for you.
The first question is “are you hungry?” I have nothing to lose by eating. I am not hungry. I just don’t want to eat.
The second question is when do you eat the most? The answer is the answer is when you are starving.
What I want to know is exactly when does a burger hit your belly. I guess my answer is when your teeth are about to snap.
The answer to the second question is that the answer to the first question is that it depends on the question. If your question is, “Where do you eat when you are hungry?” then the answer is “at a restaurant.” If your question is, “What do you eat when you are hungry?” then the answer is “Burger.
I’d been thinking about making the same mistake myself, and I think I was right to do so. The only difference between me and you is that I’ve never made a mistake. It’s not like I’ve had to eat anything that is in any way unhealthy. I do wonder, though, if I made an error by trying to make my own choices instead of what others are saying is what I should be doing.
That said, I think you made the right choice. I used to make the mistake of eating at restaurants that are well-known for being bad for my health, but I don’t recommend it anymore. As for what should I eat when I’m hungry, it depends on what your hunger is. For me, the answer is definitely not Burger, because that’s what I want to eat.
I think the best thing you can eat when you’re hungry is raw, unprocessed fruit and vegetables, like watermelon, cantaloupe, apples, and bananas. These are fruits and veggies that are already very high in fiber, have no sugar, and have lots of healthy fats. They have a lower glycemic index (also called GI number) than other foods so there’s less of a spike in blood sugar as you eat.
When you’re hungry you’re most likely trying to lose weight because you are tired of eating too much and you can’t have any more foods that have fat and sugar. Raw fruits and veggies are the only thing you could possibly eat before you’re stuffed.
You cant eat the fruits and veggies at the end because theyve got a lot of fiber, they dont even have sugar and they are low in fat.
