I have a question for you that you should be able to answer in a fair and open manner.
Please answer without emotion or bias.
I’m glad you asked. And by fair I mean unbiased. And by open I mean you should tell the truth, not just try to fit your own opinions (which are often far from the truth).
So I was just browsing through the Edd phone interview video and was surprised to see a couple of things that I didn’t have before. I know I often get a lot of questions about the phone interview video and what it means to be a new Edd member, but I wasn’t aware of the ways the interview is fair. It is not as formal as many other phone interview videos are, and it is not as demanding as some seem to think it is.
It doesn’t surprise me that Edd members who’ve become more active on the Edd Facebook are much more interested in being seen on Facebook than in having a voice on the phone. So by leaving the Edd Facebook post alone, Edd members are likely more likely to turn up on Facebook.
I have no idea if I’m the first or last Edd member to post on Facebook. But I do know that if I am the last Edd member to post on Facebook, I’m likely to get more Facebook likes than I would if I posted on the Edd Facebook and I’m likely to have a much greater likelihood of being invited back.

One of the most surprising things about Facebook is that its own privacy settings are so very clear. On the other hand, Facebook is all about being able to control who is invited into your friends’ circles. The problem is that in order to reach a certain number of friends, you have to first get to a certain number of friends, and then you’re stuck with that number of friends forever. The edd Facebook is one of those exceptions.
