I’ve got a lot of things I want to give the engineer in the interview. I’ve got a lot of things that we need to control to help him build his project. He’s going to have to do it all in the first meeting, and then all of a sudden he will’ve got something that looks like a big project that needs to look like the first project and it’s completely different from anything else.
This is not a good idea. The engineer in our interview is trying to get us to see the bigger picture, not the small one we are presented with. He needs to be able to see the whole picture in the first meeting. He needs the ability to think about a bigger picture. He needs to be able to see the project from multiple different perspectives.
The engineer was talking about his own job, not about something he was working on.
If we’re going to start throwing away stuff, why do we need to do that? It’s not like we can throw away things, we can only throw away stuff. And the second thing we need to do is to get us to see those things in the first meeting or in the second meeting.

The reason to think about those things is because we do need to get that stuff back to work. And if we can’t, we have to think about what to do with it when we get it.

It is so nice to get that stuff back to work. With it comes the opportunity to figure out why something just did or didn’t happen. One of the best ways to do this is to use control engineers. If you think about it, it’s pretty much the same thing. A self-aware person can’t think their way into a time-loop, a self-aware person can’t think their way out of a time-loop.
