When I was in middle school I was asked what would happen to the anxiety I have with my students if I had anxiety disorders. It was a major question. A teacher had a student who was anxious. The student was having trouble with his behavior and made a mistake. He was very angry. He had too much to do and he made a mistake. He was really depressed.
The student was a freshman, the teacher was a sophomore, and I was in middle school.

Anxiety disorders are common across all age groups in America. They can range from mild to severe, though they are often misdiagnosed. If you have a mild anxiety disorder, it’s very hard for you to feel anxious. For example a mild type is where you have trouble focusing your attention on something, having trouble with anxiety, and not feeling like your life is a complete disaster.

To illustrate this point, there is a survey that asks how often people have a panic attack. I was in middle school and I had a panic attack. It was like an episode of a cartoon. I remember it so clearly because of the way that I felt. It was like my world felt like it was falling apart. I remember thinking that every time I thought about my life I was going to die.
I’m not going to tell you what that panic attack felt like because then I’d have have to take the survey again and I don’t want to do that. But in the survey, people are asked to describe things that happened to them. Some people say that sometimes when they have a panic attack, they feel sad, angry, happy, or scared. I used to think that if you have a panic attack, you feel sad because you’re not sure what’s wrong with you.
So it’s not sad you have a panic attack because you’re not sure what the problem is. You feel sad you can’t remember why you’re having a panic attack. You want to call your doctor because you feel sick, you want to eat something to calm down, you want to cry because you feel like your body is betraying you and your mom, you feel like you have no control over your life. Something like that.
When you look at the trailer and realize it’s about this time, it becomes a bit of a joke.
It’s a bit of a joke because this is exactly what we’re talking about. Anxiety disorders run rampant on the internet. You can literally feel your entire body tense up. If you look at the trailer, you can see the tension in your arms, your stomach, your legs, your head. It’s almost like you’re going to have a panic attack at the drop of a hat.
